Curls Milkshake Review

I sampled this product the last time I ordered some items from Curls.biz and I fell in love with it. I then purchased an 8oz size jar because this product moisturizes and detangles my hair like no other moisturizer. I honestly prefer this moisturizer over the Quenched Curls Moisturizer by CURLS because it is a lot heavier and has the detangling/relaxing effect that my curls need. I use this as my daily moisturizer followed by the Curls Euphoria Elixir curl gloss, which has been discontinued as of July 1st.

Curls sell the Curls Milkshake as a styler for 3c curls and below, but this lightweight lotion is an excellent moisturizer for woman with a relaxer and/or natural hair (4a+).

Curls Milkshake for relaxed hair

Use this lotion as your daily moisturizer. It will eliminate any tangles, and add softness and sheen without any product buildup. If you’re due for a relaxer, this lotion will soften, detangle, and relax your new growth naturally preventing any breakage at the hair demarcation where the new growth meets the relaxed hair. This point is the weakest point in your hair because of the two textures and the Curls Milkshake will help alleviate this problem. If you’re transitioning from relaxed to natural, the Curls Milkshake is an excellent choice for your too.

Curls Milkshake for natural hair

This lotion will detangle and moisturize your dry tresses leaving soft, shiny hair. I use this along with the Whipped Cream for my two-strand twists, and they always turn out beautiful. I even used the Curls Milkshake alone for my twists. Take notice to the banner above. I used the Curls Milkshake to twist my hair and my twist out turned out gorgeous. It’s great for twists with a soft hold like the photo in the banner. For a stronger hold use the Curls Milkshake and Whipped Cream together. The Curls Milkshake is also a great moisturizer for braids as well as natural afros.

The Curls Milkshake is excellent for daily moisture whether your hair is natural or relaxed. This product is a must have for all black women.
