Protein treatments are "purposely" going to make your hair feel hard that is why I don't recommend protein infused moisturizers. If your hair was tangled that is because the cuticle is damaged and needs to be repaired. I've never had a problem with the Organic Root Hair Stimulator tangling my hair or causing my hair to be hard. What site is this EDEN product located on so I can research it?
