The Cantu Shea Butter Leave In Conditioning Repair Cream is a wonderful moisturizing conditioning treatment for all hair types. It doesn’t contain mineral oil nor petroleum, which is an added plus! I was honestly a bit skeptical at first being that it was a product sold at Walmart, but when I used this cream in a clients hair whom had very bad scalp dermatitis, this cream left her hair so soft, detangled, and shiny. I was shocked that something this good could be purchased at Walmart. Her hair improved over time as well as the condition of her scalp. I believe the shea butter had something to do with the improvements on her scalp due to its healing properties.

My only complaint is this product can cause build up in your hair if not used sparingly. The product can be used as a daily moisturizer in dry hair, but after a few days of slathering this cream in your hair, you will notice some build up. Using this product, I recommend keeping a clarifying shampoo on hand.

Besides the build up issue, the Cantu Repair Cream is great for anyone with natural or chemically treated hair. This product works wonders and it is readily available at your local Walmart.
