Re Gro Review

Have you heard of or seen a new product sold in local hair stores called Re Gro? I noticed this the last time I stopped in a hair store and I decided to take a look at the product and it’s ingredients. What is so good about this product? As I read the ingredients a shocking revelation was revealed to me. The formula used as a regrow treatment for hair had the active ingredient 2% Minoxidil. This is the same exact ingredient used in the product Rogaine for women.

Re Gro isn’t really some special product that was discovered for black women to grow your hair. It is nothing more than Rogaine for Women, suited up and packaged to appeal to African American women. I’m not saying that this product doesn’t work, because Rogaine has been known to grow the hair back, but I just want women to know what they are buying. The Re gro line is just a gimmick to sell another version of Rogaine.

You didn’t make your point. Is it or is not helpful for african american hair? We all know rogaine helps promote hair growth, and regro is suppose to do the same. So again I ask what’s the point of your statement.

My point as stated in the article above is the Regro is the same thing as Rogaine for women. The products are the same thing in case someone thinking of purchasing it thought it was something different.

Yes, Re-Gro = Women’s Rogaine. I just ordered it and was surprised of the news too. I was a little comfused when I read the instructions:

The clinical studies of Re-Grow was done on MOSTLY WHITE WOMEN aged 18-45 years with mild to moderate degrees of hair loss.

It made me feel like the company who marketed this product, LIED.

However, I am still going to try it out for 4 months. I will let you know how the outcome will be by the end of April 2011.

I just want to say I have been using this relaxer and I love it,and yes it does help the hair to grow fast at least for me,cant say that for everyone. I have always had long hair and i have cut my hair for the last 2 years in the summer and start to regrow it out as it gets later in the season and my hair grows back pretty fast.As befor with relaxers I used it seemed as though it took my hair longer to regrow it

Please be careful when placing an order for re-gro through Empress…the $20 advertised special quickly came to a $60 order and my card was charged before I was told about the total amount. I had to wait until the next day to cancel the order and was given the run around by the phone operators…even being told that the computer system was down. By the time I got through to someone they told me my order had just been shipped…yeah right!
